Helping women feel strong from bump to beyond.

Evidence-based pelvic floor physiotherapy and psychology in Mount Waverley, Melbourne.

OUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Meet Rachel Fitt

I'm Rachel, the founder and director of Fitt Physiotherapy and a pelvic floor and continence physiotherapist.

I've worked in women's health for more than nine years. I started the clinic in 2019 because I believe every woman deserves honest information and real support with her pelvic health.

I'm also a mum of two, both born by planned caesarean. I know what it's like to prepare for birth, recover from it and work out how to exercise again with a newborn at home. That experience shapes how we care for you here.

Outside the clinic I've written two postpartum exercise guides and an online birth prep course, so you can access information even if you can't get to Mount Waverley.

"Every woman deserves to feel prepared and supported, whether she's heading into birth, recovering afterwards or dealing with pelvic health at any other stage of life."Rachel Fitt
